How does this work?

Thank you for your interest in working together for a coaching journey. Here are some information about how I work with clients:

I work with leaders and managers (in particular women) who want to:

  • Improve their cross-cultural communication effectiveness

  • Increase their ability to influence up, down, and laterally in global settings

  • Navigate cultural and gender expectations in global leadership

My coaching journey starts with a 6-month foundation, where we meet every other week for the first 3 months (to allow you to work on your actionable steps in between sessions and make noticeable progress toward your goals). If you’re interested in continuing, we can schedule ongoing monthly sessions to maintain momentum and you’ll have me as a sparring partner and sounding board as new opportunities and/or challenges arise.
